Empowering communities through programmes, skills, support, and opportunity — with your help, we're planting the seeds of lasting local change in Kingston.
We’re a newly formed community interest company with a strong belief that it takes a village to raise a child — and a community to uplift each other. Rooted in a spirit of collaboration and care, our ethos is all about creating inclusive, supportive spaces where everyone can grow. From working with KeepAbility programme, supporting families of serving personnel, to our upcoming community garden project and free business support sessions, we’re building local initiatives that bring people together, promote wellbeing, and strengthen community ties in Tower Hamlets and Kingston.
Grow Local Catalysts CIC is a grassroots, community-led organisation driven by the belief that real change starts locally. We are led by a passionate group of professionals and volunteers who have come together with a shared commitment to addressing the needs of underrepresented and marginalised communities.
With deep ties to Tower Hamlets and Kingston, our team brings a wealth of lived experience, expertise, and compassion to everything we do — working collaboratively to deliver inclusive, impactful programmes that support growth, connection, and opportunity for all.

At Grow Local Catalysts CIC, we run a range of community-focused programmes designed to support wellbeing, inclusion, and local connection. Our KeepAbility programme offers practical support and a sense of belonging for families of serving armed forces personnel.
We’re also excited to launch our new community garden project at The Keep, providing a welcoming green space for residents to grow, learn, and connect. These initiatives reflect our commitment to building stronger, healthier communities from the ground up.
This work is a core part of what we do at Grow Local Catalysts CIC. We understand that many individuals face barriers to being heard, and we’re here to stand alongside them. Our team has experience in advocating for people across a range of settings, from education and employment to housing and access to services. Whether it’s supporting someone through a difficult process or helping them navigate local systems, we ensure voices are amplified and rights are respected.
In partnership with SC Training & Consultancy, Grow Local Catalysts CIC offers free business start-up consultations and practical support for aspiring entrepreneurs and community groups. Whether someone is at the idea stage or ready to grow or you want to run your own social business, , we provide tailored guidance and signposting on planning, registration, marketing, and funding.
Each session is designed to give individuals the tools and confidence to move forward. We also run workshops and mentoring to help people build sustainable, purpose-driven businesses that reflect their values and strengthen the local economy.
